A Harmful Christianity Takes Hold

The obvious and direct truth that the Savior of the gospels advocates for a type of extreme compassion focused on the needy has perpetually caused the Christian faith somewhat of a controversial faith: engaging for the masses, but because of its inherent radicalness needing to be restrained. During the 1950s it was contained through watering down – The Protestant faith was so dominant that it practically sanctified existing conditions.
A Battle for the Best of Us
So I have been heartened to see the determined opposition against Trump emerge in this past year. It has served as substantial consolation to participate in developing the campaign that has demonstrated publicly via continuous gatherings, and likely has encouraged citizens to turn out in significant amounts in the off-year elections. We must have to maintain it, and in the same spirit, with American flags throughout each rally and requests to the best parts of American history.
